The interesting thing to me is how well it goes with spicy seafood.  When drinking wine with food it is all about how it compliments the food.   With a spicy entree most wines would just make your mouth burn but the Riesling just compliments the flavor and has a more cooling effect than a glass of water.

Seafood in Key Largo with a bottle of Riesling and some easy going live music on the deck while the sun sets.  It doesn’t get much better than that.
