As with most things in life wine cannot just be measured in and of itself. Wine without the company of my wife and friends would just be wine. Wine with my wife and friends is a relaxing time spent listening to music, having good conversation, sharing a great meal, or watching a ballgame, race, or some other event that can be enjoyed together. Sometimes I enjoy relaxing with a glass of wine by myself while I read a book or tap on the computer but my favorite times are spent hanging out with friends and enjoying a good bottle of the magic elixir.
